Introductory Tantra evening for Women – in person or online (let’s see what happens) – Manchester 

Shakti Tantra introductory events are practical, experiential workshops which introduce techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life, to enrich our inner lives, our creativity and our relationships.

Tantra teaches that sex is sacred, that our aliveness as sexual beings is the dynamo of our being by healing the barriers we have created between sex, heart and spirit.

The Tantric practices we teach open us up to a greater capacity to experience pleasure in all things and free us to expand emotionally and spiritually.

During this introductory evening for women we will explore how we can connect and create a more nourishing and intimate relationship with our own bodies and vitality.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about ‘Women’s Invitation’ which is level 1 of our life transforming Women’s Programme.  The next ‘Women’s Invitation’ will be 10-12 July.
