A truly amazing weekend workshop for men & women (singles and couples) who wish to consciously experience being in tantric energy in a rustic eco-retreat setting with ancient woodlands, fire, river, lake, mountains and a hot tub under the stars.
This 2-day residential workshop is an introduction to tantra, a first step on a very exciting and transformative journey, skilfully and lovingly taught, loosening the mental and emotional shackles that keep us from living fully. Key themes include; opening to sensuality and working with the energy body through movement, meditation and the breath. In a safe, nurturing environment, we invite playfulness and imagination into traditional rituals, bringing healing and celebration into our life.
Awakening to Sacred Union is the first level of Shakti Tantra’s Mixed Tantra Programme and is the perfect beginning for singles and couples. It is a training for life. Once you’ve completed the workshop you have the option to sign up for the rest of the programme, if it feels right for you.
This weekend is very similar to our classic Awakening to Sacred Union workshop, but with a twist, as the residential setting is a rural eco-retreat centre in the wilds of North Wales – complete with the cedar wood hot-tub, compost loos, a Celtic Roundhouse with a central fire, group room and eco-dwellings – www.caemabon.co.uk. This change from our usual residential workshop settings is reflected in the cheaper price. Accommodation will be shared.
Please note this centre is on a hill side, and therefore if you have reduced mobility or have concerns please get in touch to check that the location will be suitable for you.
